Living Room
We staged the living room to embody an upscale transitional style, blending bold and neutral tones for a harmonious look. We selected two accent armchairs to match the queen blue walls, adding character and depth to the space. To soften the intensity, we chose a pearl-colored sectional, creating a balanced visual flow.Â
Neutral-toned décor accessories were carefully picked to keep the space feeling open and uncluttered. The centerpiece is a space-grey block coffee table, which subtly divides the room into functional zones, while the fireplace and TV behind it anchor the design with a perfect mix of comfort and elegance.
Â
Kitchen and Dining Room
We carried the same colour palette into the kitchen and dining area, creating a seamless flow that exudes relaxed sophistication. To highlight the space, we selected a stunning pedestal Marquina marble dining table as the centerpiece, surrounded by pearl-white tub chairs for an understated touch of elegance. This cohesive design ties the living spaces together, allowing the textures and finishes of each material to shine beautifully.

Bedroom
We designed the primary bedroom as a sanctuary of light and texture, balancing the bold queen blue walls with a delicate floral accent wallpaper on one side. To enhance the spacious feel, we emphasized the oversized window that floods the room with natural light.
The king-size bed, with its contemporary white frame and earthy brown accents, was chosen to complement the wallpaper while maintaining a serene atmosphere. In front of the built-in fireplace, we arranged two black armchairs with golden hardware, paired with a round marble-topped coffee table, creating an inviting and refined sitting area.
Â
Lounge
We styled the lounge to be the crown jewel of this property, showcasing built-in white cabinetry against a striking queen-blue backdrop and a wood-slat accent wall framing the fireplace. For the seating, we chose Tola lounge chairs in walnut-stained rubberwood with plush white velvet upholstery and golden accents, blending comfort with sophistication.Â
To complete the design, we added a round Italian Botticino marble coffee table, paired with minimalist décor to keep the focus on the room's standout features.Â
